Access to N-DEx is Changing
FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) now requires RISS users to access the National Data Exchange (N-Dex) through the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP).
You may access LEEP without a LEEP account from RISSNET under the "Resources" card and "Federated Partners" section.
You will see the N-DEx resource listed at LEEP as the following.
